Fitzpatrick Residence, Dublin 1998 - 2000 NJBA Architects & Urban Designers This project replaced a defective sun room and took the opportunity of realigning the house with the garden, which included a change of level of over 1/2 a storey. The new room has become the centre of the house and around which life revolves. As a mirror of the original structure it becomes a miniature version of the archetypal home, gathered around a fireplace.
