CURRY BEANS AND NOODLES
1. Tin of Beans (225g), 2. Packet of Noodles (108g), 3. Curry
Powder (3 dessert spoons). Additional options: Chilli/Chilli powder, Paprika,
Cheyenne Pepper, piripiri.
HOMEMADE CIDER
Big Drum, 16 liters of Apple Juice, 1kg Sugar, Bakers Yeast.
Create starter with a big spoon of Yeast and sugar in warm water. Stir till it
becomes foam, will take a bit. Dislove the rest of the Suger with warm water.
Put all the sugar, apple juice, about 6 pints of water and your starter together
and stir. Close the drum not tight, gas must be able to escape. Leave in a warm
room for 10-14 days. It should be ready to drink. It will have sedimate, may
need to strain. TIP: Hold onto old cider bottles to fill up so you can make the
next batch! It's so cheap it cost me only 15 Euro for about 20 liters of cider.
It's real nice, I should make more!

(moonshine/ rackie), Mixer of own choice, A shot each of the above in a pint
glass with ice

Blackcurrent liquor (Half Shot), Orange Dilute, Lemonade, In a Glass with ice

Vodka, White Rum, Bottle of Orange and a Bottle of Lemon Alcopop,
White Lemonade, ICE
BREAKFAST
Vodka, White Rum, Orange liquor, Gin, Peach snaps, Cranberry
Juice, Orange Juice, ICE
PUNCH AND PUKE
Cider (Devils bit), A fruit sparkling white wine (West Coast
Cooler), Vodka, Gin, White Rum, Coke, Mentholated Sprits (Tea Spoon), Food
Colouring (Blue), Assorted Fruit Segments (i.e. apple, orange, grapes… (No
bananas)), Cloves (Take out cloves before serving), Orange Concentrate, Leave to
brew for 24hrs in a big bowl – Measure at own discretion.

DIPS
Dip #1 Tomato Sauce, Mayonnaise, Chilli Sauce
Dip #2 Tomato Sauce, Mayonnaise, Curry powder
Dip #3 Mayonnaise, Curry
Dip #4 Crème fresh, Garlic Puree, Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Chives
Add water to thin out any of the dips as required.
