Accordingly, the Inaugural General Meeting of the new club will be held in the Horse and Hounds Inn, Delgany on Wednesday 2nd December 2009 at 8:30 p.m. The Agenda will be as follows: 1. Ratification of Name of new club (The proposal will be Wicklow County Cricket Club). 2. Adoption of Articles of Association of the new club (It will be proposed that the articles of North Wicklow CC be adopted, with any necessary modifications). 3. Election of Officers – the following positions will be proposed and, if agreed, the Officers will be elected.:- (i) President (ii) Chairman (iii) Vice-Chairman (if agreed) (iv) Honorary Secretary (v) Honorary Treasurer (vi) Team Secretary (vii) First Team Captain It will be proposed that all of the above shall form the Club Committee, with the addition of two further members elected from the floor. 4. Hon. Treasurer Joint Reports and Accounts from the previous clubs. 5. Motion that the category of Life Member of North Wicklow CC and/or Avondale CC be abolished. 6. Membership Fees to be decided for:- (i) Full Members (ii) Unemployed and Student Members (iii) Pavilion, Supporter and OAP Members (proposed to be all one category). 7. Date for Annual Dinner and Awards to be announced. 8. Any Other Business. If there is anything else that you feel should be added to the Agenda, can you please contact me to discuss it?
