The above links will give you all the directions you require to get to the
race track with ease and on time. Racing usually starts at 12.00 pm and
continues until 6.00pm or later, weather permitting. It is advisable to arrive
early to avoid delays at the entrance to the venue. the current entry fees are
as follows;

The following advice should be heeded before leaving home;
 | Prepare for all weather conditions. As per usual, rain would be a common
occurence and it would be advisable to carry waterproof outerwear.
Wellingtons or other appropriate footware is a necessary evil as the venue
can become muddy. In the unusual occasion of sunshine, have a bottle of
sun-protection, eye-wear and a hat to prevent burning or sun-stroke. |
| Bring packed lunches and tea as food on the day as fast food may not be
able to cope with the demand. However, Dinners, light meals and liquid
refreshment, in the form of alcohol and Fizzy drinks, are in abundance in
the local hotel, The Royal Hotel. in the centre of Boyle |
| Children must be under Guardian / Parental supervision at all times. |
| All marshals and stewards must be obeyed at all times. Any form of motor
sport is dangerous and hotroding is no exception. For the safety of all
concerned on the day, be aware of the dangers. If all guidelines are adhered
to, a good days racing will be enjoyed equally by both competitors and
spectators. |
| The speed limit in the venue is
5 to 10 mph, as
per indications / signs, and no "burn-outs" or
other dangerous behaviour will be tolerated. Perpetrators of unruly /
dangerous behaviour will be removed from the venue without refund of
entrance fee. if the situation warrants, the matter will be handed over to
the local garda. |
