There is a watercourse in Pike County, Kentucky called Flanary Branch., which runs just south of the town of Mouthcard. The river is about 2 kilometres long and feeds the Levisa Fork which runs parallel to State Highway 6546 and the Northfolk and Western Railroad (which both cross Flanary Branch).
