The Fuller E. Callaway Endowed Flannery O’Connor Chair in Creative Writing is an academic post in the Georgia College State University Department of English, Speech and Journalism, and is named in honour of Mary Flannery O’Connor (1925 – 1964). A brief biography is given in the Hall of Fame.

It is directed towards the development of a creative writing programme for post-graduate students.
