The Judy Flannery Memorial Fund was established to create financial scholarships for women in triathlon and duathlon world competition. The Columbia Triathlon Association, producers of Judy's favorite triathlon, The Columbia Triathlon, make a yearly contribution to the Fund, as a lasting tribute to their friend and fellow competitor, Judy Flannery.
