Corn na Laoch Finalists 2008 St. Olaf's girls' footballers made history by becoming the 1st ever girls team from our school to qualify for a Cumann na mBunscol Final. They defeated Scoil an 7 Laoch from Ballymun in the semi-final and now await the winners of the 2nd semi final between Scoil Áine , Shankhill and St Brigid's, Blanchardstown. The final will be played in either Croke Park or Parnell Park but we don't know the date or venue yet. Comhgairdeas to all the girls agus go n-éirí libh sa chraobh! |

Offers of places for September 2009 have been sent out to all applicants currently on file and should have been returned by October 21st.Our waiting list is now cleared and there are just three places left for Junior Infants for September 2009. These will now be allocated on a 1st come basis as per our enrolment policy. Corn Cúchullainn & Granuaile were played on Friday 26th Sept at Naomh Olaf GAA Club. Congrats to all 3 Olafs squads who reached the finals of their respective competitions and especially to our Cailíní who retained the Corn Molly Malone in fine style. Congrats to our Handball team of Johnny Connors, Paddy Berry, Mary Berry and Kate Murray who did so well at the Dublin County Finals on Tuesday 29th January last. Johnny and Paddy are now both Dublin champions and represented us in the Leinster Finals in Kilkenny on April 2nd. Mary and Kate finished as runners-up in their competitions. Well done to all. |

Senior Hurlers were narrowly beaten in the final of the Corn Johnson Mooney & O'Brien in Parnell Park on Wed 23rd May. Corn Cúchullainn & Gráinne Mhaoil will be held at the GAA Club on Friday 26th September from 10 am to 2 pm. |

Good News on the accommodation front also! Our application for a 4 classroom permanent extension has been sanctioned and we are now at the design & planning stage. It will probably take up to 2 years before the extension is fully completed. |
