Insolence was formed in San Jose, California, by Rosenthal and later joined with Herman.
With a different initial guitarist, the band banged out music that crossed over the vocal
element of hip hop with the distorted guitar and bass sound of rock and metal. Guitarist Rowan joined just before the band were signed to Maverick Records. They released their debut, Hed To Hed, in Spring 2001. |
