Tairrie, former frontwoman of a band called Tura Satana, met guitarist Murphy and decided
to start a new band with him. They released an album and toured with some hired musicians,
but the band was never complete until they got some full time musicians. They ended up with a mostly female band, although they claim this was a coincidence. Tairrie's philosophy is that you don't have to be a singer to sing. |
