Radiohead was started while all five were attending Oxford
University, in 1988. They pursued a career in music in the 90's, and their debut single,
Creep, was an instant hit in 1992. Their first two albums were consistently ignored which
contradicted their popularity. Their fourth album, OK Computer, was a far cry from their first three albums, and their popularity increased significantly, as they also broke through the US market. The band remained one of the most unusual and interesting band of musicians, as the once college band turned progressive rock connoisseurs are now an international success. |
