Forming in South California, SOAD all have Armenian roots
and their music reflects this. The band formed using the current lineup and quickly became
popular through word of mouth and were secured a record deal with Columbia and places on
the Slayer and Ozzfest tours. They are said to be pne of the most talented metal bands around, and the singing and guitar play reflect this. Their music is a mix of thrash metal and nu-metal, and are one of the most popular metal bands at the moment |
