Ghosts, Sniper Ranging and Aiming Screens

Below is some screens of what you shoud see when using the various sniper rifles. Pictures are only for ranges of 500 and 1000m. They were taken from the Ghosts_Sniper_01, sniper training range. The pictures shoud be used in conjunction with the training mission.

M21 1000m	Use the maximum zoom, Will range up to 1000 m, but you must raise the muzzle to a point that the cross hair bar obscures the target. This rifle has a magazine with 20 bullets, and a fast reload time. Always zoom full.
M21 0500m	Cross hairs raised slightly above COM (center of mass), as if shooting at the targets neck.The rate of fire is a real bonus along with the large magazine capacity. Telescopic zoom allows a better overview of the target area
M24 1000m	Well suited to 1000m, but requires a large muzzle rise. Cross hairs scaling is a great help with this one. A unit height is less than 2 dots, at 1000m Magazines take 5.
M24 0500m	At 500m a COM shot will work fine, and rifle is zero at this range.  A unit height is 3.5 dots @ 500m, and fils a quadrant at 100m At 300m you shoot 2 dots below the COM, at 400 its about 1dot.
SVD Dragnov 1000m	At 1000 m its very difficult hit, because of the low zoom on the sight. Note the tip of the second cheveron is used for lining up at this range. the target is almost obscured by the sight simbol Magazine takes 10
SVD Dragnov 0500m	Even at 500m, a unit is very small, and we still have to raise the muzzle to get the hit.Place the cheveron just above the head of the target.
OSV96 1000m	A 107mm gun, very powerful, loud, heavy, and long range. Single shots will take a target. Note the muzzle is raised by one cross, to line on the target. COM is center of the next cross down for a hit. A clip holds only 5 rounds. Huge kick. Your support will be needed to tell you where your shot landed.
OSV96 0500m	At 500m, only a small rise of muzzle is needed. If the target is standing, COM will do it easily with one shot.
SV98 1000m	The aimpoint style scope is not very useful, with no ranging information. At 1000m you gotta guess a rise of the muzzle. Approx 60% of the vertical radius works for 1000m.
OSV96 0500m	Slightly above COM for 500m . Magazine takes 10.
