- There will be a get-together at Bob Pinker's house in Ballingeary on St. Stephen's Day between 11am and
2pm. All are welcome to come along and try some orienteering to burn off the Christmas puddings and mince-pies etc.... For further

- Munster Championships entry form now available!
- Go Orienteering Day 2003 - Go Orienteering Day 2003 is an introductory day of orienteering with events being held all around the country on Sunday September 7th. No experience is necessary as all events will be suitable for beginners, families, or anyone with a sense of adventure.
Cork-O will be holding events at the following venues on this day:
- Currabinny Wood, Carrigaline, Cork (start times: 12pm - 2pm | info: 026-42095 | grid ref: W791622)
- Glengarriff Forest Park, Glengarriff, Co Cork (start times: 12pm - 2pm | info: 026-47119 | grid ref: V918570)
August 2003
- We would like to thank you all sincerely for your generous donations, and participation in the Charity Event at Currabinny Wood. We raised 610.76 Euro which will go to the Irish Cancer Society and the Children's Hospital for Sick Children, Crumlin charities. A big thank you also to those who helped us to organise the event - without your invaluable assistance and support, this event would not be possible!

- There will be an Orienteering Charity Event at Currabinny Wood, Carrigaline on Tuesday 5th August from 17:30 to 19:00, with all money raised going towards the Irish Cancer Society and Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children Crumlin. The emphasis will on having fun and enjoying the evening, and... there will be goodie bags for all those who participate!

- Due to circumstances outside of our control, the competition scheduled for Thursday 29th May at Gougane Barra, Co. Cork will no longer be open to the public.

- Thanks to everyone who supported the Christmas Fun Event in aid of Enable Ireland. We are pleased to announce that just over 226 euro was raised.
