Osctek was founded and began trading in 1993. Since this
time we haved designed and manufactured a series of Gunn oscillators of the
highest standards in terms of both tuning range and output power, yet at very
competitive prices. Our design and manufacturing facility is located in the

operating at frequencies between 17 and 140 GHz. These are available at
fixed frequency, or mechanically- or varactor-tuned (or indeed a combination of
both). We are especially proud of our very wide band-tuned sources, whose
performances are unmatched.

Product Offering
Model OT-GF:
Bias tuning permits precise frequency adjustment over narrow bands.
Model OT-GM: A
single micrometer tuner allows precise control of the frequency of oscillation
up to ±0.5 GHz around the spot frequency.
Model OT-GWM:
Mechanically-tuned wide-band oscillators having two independent micrometers
allowing optimisation of power and frequency. Tuning range is around 15% Fc but
wider coverage can also be achieved.
Model OT-GV:
Varactor-tuned oscillators having a tuning bandwidth of around 2.5% of Fc.
Frequency Stability:
typically -4 MHz/°C (for all Gunn types).
Power Stability:
maximum -0.04 dB/°C.
All Gunns are fitted with SMA female Gunn Bias Input.
