| The family room has two comfortable sofas, one may be converted into a double bed. TV (with cable) and video. We have a second TV in the Master Bedroom, the kitchen table and chairs seat four |

| The kitchen is fully equipped. Cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker and toaster. A large washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are located in the double garage. |
| The master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own en-suite and a walk-in-closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with it's own en-suite. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are almost identical with two twinbeds in each. These rooms are served by the main bathroom. |
