Letterkenny stages the 35th Pan Celtic Festival in 2006 and is looking forward to this great festive eveny. The committee is drawn from language, dance and song enthusiasts, teachers, tourism and hotel personnel offering a wide range of skills and expertise.

The International Council consists of a representitive appointed from each of the national committees, plus a honourary Chief Executive, who is elected by the organisation. The presend holder of the post is Con O Conaill, who is also the Chairman.
It was Con O Conaill who founded Pan Celtic. He was Chief Executive of Cork Kerry regional Tourism Authority for 15 years. He is also President of the Irish Pipe Bands Association. When he worked in Tralee, Con was active in Conradh na Gaeilge and Glór na nGael, national associations that promote the Irish language

Allan MacColla has been chairman of the Scotish committee for 10 years. He is a prominent member of Scotish Gaeldum and a composer of Gaelic songs. With his family he is involved in piping and Scotish traditional music.

Tegwyn Williams Has been involved with Pan Celtic for 30 years. He has been actively involved in Folk Clubs and culture in Wales. He has recently been made a Bard of the Walsh National Eisteddfod. He is chairman of the Welsh committee and is retired as Health Officer with the Local Authority
