We have been participating in the Pilot
Scheme for Modern Languages in the Primary School since September
1998
Originally a two year scheme it has now been extended due to its
success.
For one and a half hours every week the fifth and sixth classes of
St. Pats enjoy the rich and ancient language and culture of Spain and other
Spanish speaking countries.
Did you know that Spanish is the official
language of more than twenty countries, and it is one of the most widely spoken
languages in the world?
