Our school takes part in the County Galway National School's league every year. We play in the 15 a side "A" competition, against schools from Galway city mostly.In the past we have had great success in this competion, winning it many times, but we have only won it once in the 1990's.

In the season '99/'00 we lost two games by only a point, and did not qualify for the play-offs, but we hope to have more luck next year.

Over the years, our school has produced many players who have gone on to represent Galway at the highest level. Some have won All-Irelands,with the "Terrible Twins" of Sean Purcell and Frank Stockwell, and Ja Fallon being famous all over the country for their football talent.

We hope to bring back some success soon, but overall we just love to play one of our national sports.
