Charlotte's Web 2006
This latest version of E.B White's much-loved
classic children's story hosts a positive galaxy of stars who
provide the voices of the animals. Dakota Fanning plays Fern, a little girl who
wants to save the life of Wilbur, a dear little piglet runt her farmer father
has earmarked for the slaughter house. Once he's gained a little weight Wilbur
goes to live in the barn, where he meets lots of other animals, including an
extraordinary spider called Charlotte who hatches a plan to save him by weaving
words into her web.
