Booking
Bookings can be made by telephone. Two copies of the booking agreement (a simple one-page agreement which has been signed by the manager) will be dispatched to you within 48 hours of the booking. One copy is to be retained by the client. The other copy is to be signed by the client and returned to Perpetual Grooves within ten working days of issue. The date of the function will be held firm during this period.

Rates
Our rates start at €1600. The rate at which we set your fee is based on the size and scope of the event and your individual needs. The rate for providing DJ music is €150.

Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the agreed fee is required to confirm the booking and should be forwarded with the signed agreement.

Payment of balance of the Fee
The outstanding fee (gross fee less deposit) will be payable either by
a) cheque, no later than seven days before the performance
b) cash on the night.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation or change of date of the confirmed booking by the client, for whatever reason, the following scale of cancellation charges will apply:
a) Within 1 month of the date of the function - 100% of the agreed fee
b) 1 - 3 months of the date of the function - 50% of the agreed fee
c) 3 - 6 months of the date of the function the - deposit in full

Booking Times
It is advisable to book as early as possible. We ideally look for one month's notice. Booking times may be extended by the client and will be subject to a further negotiable fee, payable in cash prior to the commencement of the extra time.

Terms of Agreement
- The hirer is to provide a suitable performing area.
- The hirer must provide an electrical supply that conforms to standard safety requirements.
- The balance due on the engagement is payable as cash on the night to the entertainer unless otherwise stated.
- In the case of illness the band has the right to use a stand in to be able to fulfil their booking.
