The Instant Data Warehouse Evaluation Version for SQL Server 2000 Released

17/01/2003 -- Following hard on the heels of making the Instant Data Warehouse available I am pleased to announce the release the evaluation version of the Instant Data Warehouse.

The evaluation version contains:

	An Evaluation Guide on how to install, run and evaluate the evaluation version.
	A detailed 'Walk Through the Instant Data Warehouse' and how it works.
	The User Guide.
	The executable code and commands to execute it.
	All the DDL you need to create an SQL Server 2000 database, the tables, the views as well as test data to load into the database.

Once you install the evaluation version you can actually make changes to tables and add new tables. You can even implement some of your own fact/dimension tables to see how easy it is to set up fact and dimension table processing using the Instant Data Warehouse.

In my testing of the evaluation version it took a little under 2 hours to install, set up and run the programs.
