What is the status of this site? Is it still active?
Philip Fogarty Online is now active only in its role as archives for online background information concerning the artist. Its present form is pretty much as it is from the last bi-monthly update. For any current online information go to philipfogarty.com
Is there a more recent website for Philip Fogarty?
Yep! See above.
I've looked through the rest of these FAQs and around the site and some of the stuff bears no relation to what's happening now. What's going on? The Basic FAQs Philip Fogarty is a solo artist from Co. Clare, Ireland. Songwriter, vocalist and instrumentalist, his music crosses the genres of rock/pop/dance/alternative/fill in your own gigged live with a five piece band. His EP "Endangered Breed" features four tracks and can be heard on the Audio Clips page of this site. Where can Philip's music be bought? The EP can be purchased online at the Open Ear Productions website at www.openear.ie. The EP is also available on the Mulligan website, and in Ireland only, on the shelves of Zhivagos, Golden Discs and Mulligans Records music stores. Alternatively email here for details. The lyrics are not printed on the sleeve of the EP; is it possible to get them? They're right here on the website. Just go to The Lyrics Page and browse through the series. Why is there another website address quoted on the sleeve notes of the EP? Since the sleeve notes were printed the Philip Fogarty website has itself moved house. The old site is maintained by a different webmaster, is now relatively inactive and does not redirect to this site. What is a Ewe? A Ewe is a unit of the currency of the same name, as coined by the artist and used by the punters to buy the EP and other merchantise at the gigs. For more information, check out the Aye, O Ewe article in Sheep News. How often is this website updated? Normally every two months except for the gig guide section, which is revised weekly.
You're on the archived version of Philip Fogarty Online, for which there are no further updates. Some of the information you find here will be out of date and some links may not work or may be simply irrelevant. Anything in white on this page is part of the original FAQ.
