- An excellent heavy duty
band saw for production runs with a large rugged high grade cast
iron saw bow, capable of handling a 250mm (10") round, 230mm
(9") square
- The idler wheel assembly has dovetail guide and incorporates
spring loaded saw tensioning device with toggle. The dovetail
arm guide is also created as part of the saw bow for minimizing
cutting vibration and maximizing the life of saw blade.
- Easy operation control panel mounted at the top of saw bow.
- At the end of a cut, the stock automatically back off the blade
slightly to allow the blade, at its lowest position, to clear
the work on its return to starting position. This special feature
prevents tooth deformities by eliminating this undesirable abrasion
and crimping.
- Additional features include a large chip pan, a preset piece
counter with automatic power off.
