First for Fun!

Last Autumn we had great fun planting bulbs and now its Spring, they've all grown into beautiful flowers

Here is one of the daffodils, but why isn't it yellow?

First class used the daffodil for some science experiments. What did we do?

First we added five different food colours to the water the daffodils were standing in.

The colours were blue, green, yellow, red and cochineal

The daffodils changed colour overnight.
