These new self-catering holiday homes have just been completed in January 2002.
They are compact Town Houses with the space being very well utilised. The
houses are tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. Each house has a fully
fitted modern kitchen/dinette, which includes dishwasher fridge/freezer, gas hob,
electric oven, washing machine, microwave etc. At the back of each house is a
small-enclosed patio area with barbeque facilities. There are three bedrooms with
the master bedroom en-suite. Each house sleeps six and has oil fired central
heating and solid fuel fireplace. No extra charge for oil or electricity. Bed linen is
supplied.

Facilities within a short walk include shops, butcher, hairdresser, laundrette,
hotels, restaurants and pubs. There are only five houses on this short street and as
you can see from the map are within one minutes walk from the seafront and the
beginning of a very long sandy beach.

For a full holiday or just a short break winter or summer, Rathmullan has the best
of both worlds. You can have a quiet relaxing time away from it all or you can
relax on the beach, in the water or on the water with sea angling, sailing, wind
surfing etc. Nearby there is golf, horse riding and walks along the beach or in
Rathmullan wood.

Rathmullan is also an excellent base for touring the Fanad peninsula and taking
in the fabulous scenery from Rathmullan to Fanad Head.
