1st January to 30st June- 300 euro per week
1st July to 31st August - 350 euro per week

Payments preferably by bank transfer. Contact the owner  for details.100 e at reservation, the remaining balance should be paid one month prior to arrival. A security deposit of 100 e will be demanded at arrival and will be paid back when leaving the keys.

In low season shorter stays are negotiable.

Heating, electricity, linen, cleaning costs etc. are all included in the above prices.
