Rheban Lodge is set in an idyllic rural atmosphere and is perfect for those who wish to get away for a more peaceful holiday.This 18th century cottage was recently renovated to bring it back to its former glory and is a pleasant addition to the surrounding Kildare countryside. It has kept its original feature of a straw thatch roof and is located next to the Grand Canal which is ideal for fishing as anglers from all over the world come to partake of its coarse, salmon and trout fishing. Time has moved on for this cottage and so to make life easier for our guests it has been fitted out with all the latest modern conveniences such as an electric cooker,washing machine and microwave. It is located in between the quaint fishing village of Vicarstown (3 miles) and the main town of Athy (3 miles).
