The College proposes to offer part-time programmes under the "Back to Education Scheme", depending on demand, in the following areas, commencing September 2002.  Art/Craft/Design Maths Childcare Horticulture Communications Electronics Computer Applications Personal and Interpersonal Skills  Information Technology   These courses may be offered at FETAC Foundation Level, Level 1, Level 2, depending on demand. Persons qualifying for Youth Reach of VTOS will be entitles to free entry to above courses. Other unwaged persons may be entitled to a fees reduction. These courses will suit persons who are unemployed or working in the home or who are employed part-time. They will also be open to fully employed persons whose work arrangements allow them to attend a particular programme.
