RIVERMEADE FARM

Set amongst the rolling drumlin hills of County CAVAN the farm produces quality calves for live shipping to discerning buyers on the continent. The farm consists of 70 acres of wet heavy blue clay, split into two blocks. The paddocks are well fenced with electric-fencing and there is fresh water available throughout, via a river and water troughs. Livestock run to 30 cows and 1 Charolais bull.

There has been a house on the site for at least 300 years, the present house was extended in 1903, and again in 1991.
