Why Horse Stance Training ?

Probable the most important stance if you are serious about starting Self defense or Kung Fu. You will need this stance as it is one of the foundations upon all Martial arts are build patterns or form around, But for us it will:

It will build the strength in your legs, It also lowers your Center of gravity,Helping you Balance and building your mental strength.

Stance posting develops proper body structure and helps the practitioner learn :

~To keep knees over the toes but not beyond them.

~ To strengthen the legs Back and Pelvis, and help with flexibility

~ Helps to teach you to relax your body weight into your horse stance and visualizing "rooting " an exercise during which you picture that you have roots extending from your body deep into the ground.

As I have said before ! This is the Foundation of your Martial arts training and must be practiced every day till your legs get stronger and you can hold the stance for about 10 minutes to benefit from this training
