Sports in Scoil Réalt na Mara

All the children are interested in sports. We like football, soccer, and athletics. Cromane has a great football heritage especially in the school. We won our sixth mid-Kerry 3-teacher schools final on Sunday , June 13th, 1999.

The Brian Casey memorial is held in Cromane Sports field on June 6th. It is going on now for three years and all money goes to our school.

Réalt Na Mara Athletics club was set up in 1998. Since then we had a lot of success.

During the year Ann Sugrue taught us P.E., Breda Barrett taught us athletics, and Patrick Casey coached us in football. Every Year we have a sports day in our school.

We have every kind of sport. We have all the equipment for all these sports.
