ARC Training

If you hold either of these posts it is likely that you hold the Woodbadge. If you do not and are still active in a Section then you should complete the Woodbadge as laid down for that Section.

Those involved in the promotion of Training at Group, County or Provincial level should attend the special Courses organised for Trainers.

Unlike the normal Woodbadge Courses these are organised in two Modules – Basic and Advanced.

The Basic Course is one weekend and covers the basic language and skills used in Training.

The Advanced Course is held over two weekends and deals particularly with the design and preparation of Sessions and the development of Presentation Skills. It provides many opportunities for practical experience.
