Parent's Council News
The newly elected officers of the parent's council are;
Chairperson: Hilary Murphy.
Secretary: Shirley Forde.
Treasure: Elaine Tighe.
Warm tributes were paid to the outgoing officers, Nollaig Devanney, Ita Higgins and Pauline Walsh for their trojan work over the past few years.
Bro. Sebastian Davis thanked the Council for their support for the school since they were first organised in 1987.
Votes of sympathy were passed with the families of Alice Campbell and Mary Hallahan R.I.P. Both were founding members of the Council.
The Parent's Council are at present holding their Annual Christmas Raffle.
If any Parent is interested in joining the Parent's Council they can give their name to Bro. Sebastian or to any of the above officers. The council meets about five times a year.
