2007

In Memory of: Tommy Ryan

Updated: 17/05/2007

Just hit $2989.47: thanks to Eamonn's fund raising.

We did it (again).

Just back a little bit over an hour ago and not feeling too bad. The weather held out and we all got through without injury (always a bonus).

We recruited another runner this year. Our regular running partner Eamonn (Connelly) came along for the cause (and the run).

We ran the 10K in Slieverue (Sliabh Rua) which is Gaelic for Red Mountain. Running it I can understand why, a lovely run of steep hills.

After

Sorry no during pics as we were short a picture taker.

Remember to make a donation (if you like).

Glad to say, we reached and passed our goal for 2006+2007(combined) of $2500 before the run. Check our progress or make a donation here.

Thanks to all. Take pride in knowing that if it takes a further 10 billion steps to find a cure for this disease, you helped in taking one.....

Getting close to the event and the old back is playing up (yet again true to form). We are running this weekend....

We are running this again on May 6th 2007. A little early this year, but with my ever hurting back problems (which are fine at the moment) we decided to do eth run early, rather than take a chance that an injury might but a stop.

$2117.66:  Reached so far..
