Anseo!

Anseo! is a simple to use application that is effectively a computerised Rollbook.
Attendances for pupils are recorded daily, and those dreaded calculations are handled for you, automatically.

Anseo! has been completely revamped. It ships with two modules - Workstation and Administration.
Workstation modules can be used in standsalone situations, for example on individual classroom computers.
The Administration module is used where the school is networked. Classrooms use the worksation modules but the principal uses the Administration module to collate daily data on the whole school's rollcalls.
Security is built in: each user must log-on, and may only interact with his/her class.

Anseo! reads from the same pupil database as RegScoile and Leabharlann.
To enter everyone present just click the green button.

To mark pupils absent, double click on their name.
Click the green button, deselect the check box and close the form.
Repeat for each absent pupil. In all a class of 30 pupils with 5 absentees are marked present and absent in about 20 seconds.

There are various reports available.
Complete reports show each pupil's attendances for each day of the school year.

Summary reports can be printed for each month, each quarter, and the full school-year.

Needless to say, Anseo! allows input of data for missed days, and for correcting errors.
If RollUp is also used, data is calculated by Anseo! and transfered to RollUp.
This is in line with SeaSoft's policy of not having to ever enter the same data twice even for separate applications.

At year's end, data is archived for viewing again, while new empty files are in place for another school year.
