Diagnosed in her early fifties with breast cancer,
she had one breast removed and 17 nodes removed from under her arm,
Her chances the doctors told her were Not Good.
I believe had she known about B17 then, she may have survived.
It was not until 3 years later and several doses of Chemo and Radiation therapy
she finally heard of the book World without Cancer.
by G. Edward Griffin. This book changed her way of life, sadly too late.
She was then diagnosed with Bone cancer, a known side effect of the drug
Tamoxifen, commonly prescribed for breast cancer patients.
Clearly conventional medicine had let her down.
She started a diet of all organic food and B17 in the form of Apricot seeds.
She had more energy the tumour on her back shrunk to almost nothing,
but still the doctor's advised she have more chemo, a decision she agonised over.
She decided not to take the treatment but the doctor's wore her down.
She was so healthy and planning a holiday to Spain.
Her veins had all collapsed so they put a line in her chest.
This line brought with it an infection she had not the strength to fight off.
She had the line taken out and refused the chemo.
As a last resort she went to The Liongate Clinic in Kent England
to try oxygen treatment and high doses of Laetrile (B17).
This was 14 days before her body gave up.She was 56 years old.
The Doctor at the Liongate Clinic, Fritz Schellander kept her in his home for her time there,
He told my father after examining her she was too far gone but
she insisted on trying the treatment.
My father described him as a Gentleman who could not do enough for them,
he was deeply upset that the conventional medicine had weakened my Mother
so much, she had no fight left in her.
Dr Schellander refused his fee and insisted they returned home
as my Mother was close to death.
She arrived home on Friday th 22nd and on Monday the 25th she passed away.
My Father and I have been taking B17 in the form of Apricot Seeds daily since.
We knew about the diet of Organic Fruit and Vegetables she was on and that the seeds
might just help prevent cancer appearing in us, but it was only after her death we
began to take them. I currently take about 8 seeds a day.
I wish I could put into words what she meant to me and everyone fortunate enough to know her,
but i am still in too much pain to give an accurate description of such a gift from God.
Anyone who has lost someone they love knows the void is too gret to express with anything but tears.
The fact that her death could have been avoided if she had access to the right information leaves me
in dismay.
Patricia Hannon died on November 25th 2002, two days after my daughters 5th birthday.
Her body was weak and unable to fight any longer as a result of large doses of Chemotherapy
and Radiation Treatment.
The photo below was taken only a few weeks before her death.
