The Counter-Baton system caters for those who prefer to secure wood using batons.
- 50mm batons are secured to the sub-floor at 1200mm spacing
- 50mm Polyurethane Floor Insullation is laid between the batons
- 50mm batons are crossed above the original batons at 400mm centres.
- Pipe is fitted between these & covered with 50mm concrete screed
- Wood Floor boards are secured to the batons
This Shallow Build-up is useful where space is limited, probably over an existing floor.
- Kingspan TF70 is used as insulation.
- 50mm power-floated floor contains SBB additive.
