We have installed the first of Imacon's new high speed scanner, the "848", at Reproduction 35, 68 Merrion Street, Dublin 2. Capable of scanning a full 50mb in around a minute and with 8000 Optical DPI and 4.8 dmax and true 16bit colour this scanner is truely something to behold.

Frank Deery of Repro 35 made his mind up to purchase the 848 after successive reviews gave the scanner glowing reports in all areas and as they had previously been using the Imacon Precision III scanner they were fully aware of Imacon's quality and "Flextight " technology. The extra speed of the 848 means that production can be increased and ensures Repro 35's standing as a quality image bureau. Repro 35 is one of only two accredited "Kodak Q Labs" for E6 processing in Ireland.
