GENERAL WARRANTY STATEMENT

-Sola Skylights warranty the components which make up the Sola Skylight against defects in workmanship or materials for the period of seven (7) years from date of purchase.

-We (or our appionted agent) reserve the right to invetigate any complaint to determine if the product is a genuine Sola Skylight and if so, the probable cause of the problem.

-Should the defect be determined to be genuine then the skylight shall be replaced or repaired and returned to the customer.

-The defect must be reported within 24 hours of observation to fully satisfy any warranty claim.

INSTALLATION

-A minimum installation warranty of twelve (12) months shall be offerred by an approved installer.

-Problems determined to be attributed to the installation will be the responsibility of the installer.

-Approved installers will offer installation certificate on completion of the work.


**** PLEASE NOTE:-

-the collection of leaves around and under the soaker tray do not constitute a warrany claim as they can be easily removed by the customer.

-frivilous claims and call outs to non genuine skylights will attract a service charged based on local call out rates.
