  Payment

• We accept payment by Paypal, PPPay, Moneybookers, Cheque & Postal Order

• We will also accept cheques in GBP by prior arrangement only

• If you require your item FAST, Paypal or PPPay is the best payment method due to instant payment.

• Cheques take 5 working days to clear before item will be dispatched.

• Payment must be received within 7 days of winning bid.

• We are not able to accept any other method of payment.

• The price quoted is in EURO and the bid you make will be in EURO (€).

  Postage

• All items are despatched on weekdays (Mon – Fri).

• Postage and packaging costs are not negotiable.

• It can take up to 7 days from posting, for the item to arrive at your address. (however, items are normally delivered within 2 – 4 days). International will take longer

• We will post to the address you have registered with Paypal or PPPay only. Please check that the address on your Paypal/PPPay account is correct.

• Our standard delivery method ANPOST Standard Post. This will not insure your item against loss or damage, therefore we cannot refund you in the event of your item going missing or damaged. 

• If you require your item registered, please let us know. This service will normally cost an extra €2.00 approx.

  Returns & Refunds

• Our service doesn’t stop once you have paid, If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange a return and refund.  (within 7 days)

• As postage costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund postage costs.

• The sender must pay for postage and packaging costs, and ensure the item is safely packaged and delivered via recorded delivery.

• Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned unused, unopened & in their original packaging.  (this does not apply to the postage packaging)
