PRIVATE INVESTIGATIONS

INDUSTRIAL

Our service to the industrial sector is varied from staff screening, absenteeism, pilferage, falls causing injury. Where any of the above problems arise we can set up surveillance using what ever is necessary i.e. video/photography and enquires. To give a true and accurate report on same, by trained staff who will follow up evidence to a Court or Tribunal.

DOMESTIC

This can quite often be necessary when a couple have decided to split up; evidence is often required as to the financial status of either spouse, ownership or property Etc. Surveillance can be carried out as to their conduct and ability to pay maintenance. This may also mean tracing one or other spouse who may have absconded with out paying maintenance or maybe taking some of the children with them.

STATUS REPORT

When commencing business with a company or an individual it is sometimes necessary to obtain a report as to their background, financial situation, and previous trading record. This is compiled in a professional manner and supplied to our client. In the past if one had difficulty getting paid for example they would instigate Legal Proceedings, there by incurring Legal and Court costs only to find there was no visible means to pay our client or it was hidden from the Courts. This is where our report and evidence is a must.

CRIMINAL

Stalwart Security Services LTD will carry out enquiries Re stolen property, money, and injury to a person or criminal damage on behalf of our client and passing on the necessary information to our client and the Gardai so as the necessary and appropriate action can be taken. We will of course as in all cases as Private Investigators be present in Court to substantiate the evidence.

SERVICE OF SUMMONS AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS

Where there is a need or difficulty to serve a summons on an individual we undertake to find the individual and serve same.

TRACING OF PERSONS

In our current climate more need has arisen to trace people who have absconded leaving debts behind. Where marriages have broken up with children involved there is sometimes a need to trace one of the parents who may have disappeared with the children during a dispute concerning Guardianship. Sometimes people want to trace relatives or friends or witnesses of accidents.
