1975 saw the club complete a memorable hatrick of wins at this level. Qualifying easily from the earlier rounds, they overcame Carrigallen in an evenly contested
Divisional final with Seamus Ellis being given the task of 'minding' Carrigallen's tall midfielder, Packie Smith.
The final was against Drumahaire. Playing brilliantly against the breeze in the first half they forced the dominant
Drumahaire team into errors and in fact led 2-0 to 1-2 at the interval. At this stage it was as good as over with John Doherty, T.P. McLoughlin and Sean Logan in
brilliant form, scored 4-3 without reply to leave the final score Fenagh 6-3, Drumahaire 1-2.
Three of the team, John Doherty, T.P. McLoughlin and Sean Logan created their own bit of history by playing in the three finals. A
fourth member of the panel, Gerard Kilkenny was a substitute for the first two finals.
