Microsoft operating systems tend to get slow and

unstable with time. Very often all that is needed

to improve the performance of the machine is a

spring cleaning of the hard disk and some tweaking

of the system settings. Sometimes the best thing

to do is to back up all the data and Format the

hard disk completely, then re-install the operating

system (Windows 98, 2000, XP etc') I can carry out

these tasks for you or advise on up-grades.
