STET Engineering Quality Commitment

STET is repeatedly chosen by its customers to supply their tooling requirements because of its dedication to quality. Manufacturing excellence is sustained by continuous investment in improving technology. In 1991 STET's Quality Systems were certified to the ISO 9001 Standard. Work in all areas of the factory is monitored by means of detailed work records and progress reports. Checklists and documentation exist for each mould manufactured to ensure that quality problems do not occur. STET have a Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine which is located in an environmentally controlled standards room. Other metrology equipment such as a Shadowgraph and Toolmakers Microscope is also available. Throughout manufacture dies and plates are checked for accuracy. STET also offer a separate Metrology Service.
