In St Kevins we cover a wide variety of sports. We have been very successful in most of our games. Students participate in Gaelic football, Soccer, Camogie, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Table tennis, Athletics, Golf, Cross-country. It has also been proposed to set up a rugby team which I am sure many of our students would enjoy, and a poolroom to occupy us during lunch break. In most of these areas we have been very successful, in many we have reached the semi-finals or finals which is a great accomplishment. Our school is dedicated to fair play and sportsmanship and we encourage participation by all interested students. There is an abundance of good will from the local community and they support our teams at every level. This was evident in this years Leinster final in Newbridge when our senior team defeated Athlone to capture their first Leinster championship in 24 years. Well done lads you did us proud!
