The story of our Centre began in 1995 when we opened our doors in welcome to the families of Sligo town and surrounding areas. The aim of the centre is primarily preventive, in that we offer enrichment to families and individuals at every stage of the life cycle, as well as care and support at vulnerable times. We take a holistic approach, recognising the emotional, intellectual, physical, social and spiritual dimensions of the human person.
