DAFFODILS

Daffodils

Daffodils are good to see.
When they flutter and dance in the nice cool breeze.
When you see them in the sun.
You have so much great fun.
But when the flowers have to die.
A tear drops from my eye.
But when I look through my mind.
There is a lovely picture I find.
A photo of all the beautiful flowers.
That stays in my head for many hours.

Daffodils

 I wandered lonely over hills,
When a all at once I saw the frills,
The frills of lovely Daffodils,
Near the lake in the trees,
Swaying, springing in the breeze,
In rain or shine they shine they dance,
A relentless dance ,
Their great green stalks,
Delight travellers on walks.

Daffodils

The beauty of the world has  made me happy,
Since the days I was in my nappy,
I used to like to play in the sea,
And in the daffodils under the tree,
One day I went out to play,
And all the daffodils made me gay,
In an awful funny way,
And when they died I told a lie,
With a tear drop in my eye.

DAFFODILS

Daffodils are such beautiful things,
The best time to see them is in the Spring,
Beside the Lake they dance with the breeze,
They listen to the birds in the trees,
The herring in the Lake below,
The water very quickly flows,
I’ve seen many flowers in my life but still,
Nothing’s as beautiful as the daffodils.

DAFFODILS

I often walk by the river bank,
And I have God to thank.
For all the lovely flowers I see,
That stare and smile at me.
I see daffodils,
That sit on top of green hills.
Daffodils are bright and yellow and have a stalk,
Just to think of them makes me want to walk.
I walk up to the hills,
To see those lovely Daffodils.                               By Claire

Daffodils

I wandered  lonely  as a  cloud  when  the  breeze  was blowing  around.
Suddenly  I saw  daffodils   fluttering around  the  trees.
My mind  was full  of daffodil  happiness.
They  were in  the  country  side.
The  daffodils  were  full of  joyfulness  and  the  sun shone  brightly.
When  I  was  about  to go,
The  daffodils  were  fluttering  around  to  call  me  back,
Then  I  realized   that  the  daffodils  are  wonderful.

  The Daffodils

Everywhere you look you see a daffodil,
Even on my windowsill,
Their green stalks and their brightly coloured frills ,
Along walls and around the mills.
When I lie in my bed,
I can’t get the thought out of my head,
When Winter comes around,
There  is not a daffodil to be found.

 THE DAFFODILS

The daffodils are beautiful,
As their petals flow,
The daffodils are beautiful,
Sometimes we hear their trumpets blow.

The petals are very yellow,
The stalk is very green,
The edge of the trumpets are frilled,
As they flutter on the green.

But as the summer’s coming,
They are starting to die,
But next year they will come again,
And our hearts will fill with joy.

The Daffodils

When daffodils appear in spring,
You don’t know what joy they bring,
They brighten up the darkest place,
With beams of yellow on your face.

When I see those daffodils,
With their trumpets full of frills,
I pick them with their nice fresh smell,
Especially to someone feeling unwell.

And  at the end of the day,
When the sun has gone away,
Even with no sunlight,
The daffodils will still shine bright.
