It's that time of year again,

I say to one and all,

Whether you are mighty big,

Or even tiny small,

Man or Woman Black or White,

Or somewhere in between,

Whether you're from Cardy Rock,

Chapel Gate or Market Green,

Balbriggan's Christmas is a joy,

You'll see all over town,

Everybody wishing peace,

And happiness all around,

So wish good cheer to all the folks,

On your left and on your right,

Then all that's left for us to do,

Is switch on our Christmas Lights
