Mamadou Diabate is one of the few artists featured on this site, but this page has some good info on him.

This is good which includes sound samples, and you can buy a video that has some kora music on it as well as other Mande music. Featured kora players are Jali Nyama Suso and Alhaji Suntu Suso.
